The Climb

April 16th Please arrive at 5:30pm for check-in, Badger Mountain Trailhead off Shockley Rd.

This is a climb up Badger Mountain to raise awareness around the issues of bullying, suicide prevention, and self-harm. The climbing of the mountain is symbolic of our lives and the many ups and downs that we experience but especially for those who are dealing with those issues. We climb as groups and have "encouragers" along the way to remind all of us, of the importance of having supportive people in our lives and the importance of being supporters.

Registration will be $15.00 - that will guarantee a t-shirt for those that register prior to April 5th when the order is placed. Please indicate size when registering, all sizes are a standard unisex shirt.

This year we will also offer tow Sponsorship levels!
$50 Sponsorship T-shirt and a PFLAG Benton Franklin Tumbler!
$100 Sponsorship T-shirt, PFLAG Benton Franklin Tumbler, and a Journal!

Check-in will start at 5:30pm at 6:00 Urban Poet Society will share with us and and the hike will start at 6:30pm.

All funds raised from this event will go to Youth Suicide Prevention Program of Benton Franklin and PFLAG Benton Franklin to continue education and awareness in our community.

Thank you for supporting suicide prevention. We know this can be a difficult topic
to discuss but breaking the stigma and taboos save lives.
